To recreate that experience and surpass it, We are pleased to present our Master-Baker/Chef Aziz and Baker Ryan who will make sure that you keep coming back for more by offering you our 100% hand crafted bread in traditional and modern ovens.

Aziz Usta specially kneads and crafts bread with his masterful stroke to recreate the Lahmacun, Turkish Pide, Barbari Bread, Simit (Turkish Bagel) and many other Specialty Pastries with in-store Natural products and high quality ingredients. Baker Ryan will definitely urge you to visit back after sampling his freshly baked Chocolate Chip Cookies and artisan Sourdough breads. Other than our Freshly Baked Items, we also carry traditional Pita, Lavash, Wheat and Grain breads.
